About Gigi
Gigi teaches Vinyasa, Hatha & Restorative yoga styles, also trained as a Holistic Health Coach and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist, she is on a mission to empower those she works with to take charge and lead a more vibrant lifestyle.
She discovered the transformative power of yoga and nutrition after experiencing her own mental health struggles, insomnia and disordered eating in her late teens and early twenties. Motivated by the positive changes she started to see in her life, she left her job in the corporate art world and began to share and grow her experiences with others.
Gigi is based between SW London and Kent, where she teaches regular public and private yoga classes, alongside organising bespoke retreats. In her classes, Gigi creates a nurturing and safe space where her students can flow creatively and explore a deeper sense of connection with their bodies. Gigi welcomes all practitioners and is an advocate for teaching in community spaces, making yoga accessible and affordable to more people.
Gigi also works with the non-profit organisation Eat Breathe Thrive, where she hosts seven-week courses helping people to discover how yoga can help you eat mindfully, build resilience and feel better in your body.
When she is not sharing yoga; you can find Gigi baking delicious sweet treats, wild swimming, reading non-fiction or finding inspiration through art and culture. Gigi continues to touch the hearts and minds of various individuals, inspiring them to light the way to a healthier and more positive way of life.
